REFINED TIPS FAQs

24 reusable nails (in 12 sizes per hand, this means you’ll have 14 back up nails), adhesive tabs applied on the nail tips, nail file, cuticle stick, and prep pad.

Refined Tips fit everyone, and we are confident fit is nothing you need to worry about. Refined Tips can be filed and trimmed (if needed) to accustom more petite nail beds.

    • Clean nails with prep pad and push back cuticles to provide more surface for the adhesive to stick on your nail bed.
    • Buff your nail bed—a not-so-smooth surface will give better grip.
    • Remove plastic film from the back of the nail tips. 
    • Align with the cuticle, using your thumb, press down very firmly for 10 seconds. The more pressure and the longer the better. Ensure pressure is being applied to the entire nail.

For the tips to be reusable, we recommend waiting until they naturally pop off once the adhesive weakens. To speed up this process, you can soak your nails in warm water with soap for a few minutes prior to removal. This helps soften both the Refined Tips and your natural nail making removal safer and easier. The cuticle stick included in the kit is a helpful tool to lift them. Never pull nails off. 

    • Select the best fitting Oh, So Jelly! adhesive tabs. 
    • Stick them to your nail bed or to the back of the nail tips.
    • Apply the nails how you normally would.

No, as long as the nails are not forced removed you will have zero damage or adhesive residue left over.

Refined Tips typically stay on for 10-14 days. With proper application you can wash the dishes, do laundry, garden, style hair, with no worries. The adhesive and backup nails can always be brought along in case of an emergency. We also recommend lightly buffing your natural nail bed prior to application to really extend wear time. Another very important tip to make your nails last longer: avoid contact with water for at least 2 hours after application. 

Absolutely! Our tips are easily customizable to find your best fit, using nail clippers, nail files, and buffers. We recommend trimming the tips little by little to avoid cutting them too short in one go.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Club Refined currently ships to Indonesia only. We are currently working on shipping internationally and bringing Club Refined everywhere around the world. To our international babes: hit us up on @clubrefined and let us know where you live!

Club Refined is exclusively available at clubrefined.com and our official shop on Shopee. We’re here whenever you need us.

All products able to be added to your shopping cart are in-stock and ready to ship. You can sign up to be notified when an out of stock item is replenished by clicking ‘Email When Available’ in the description.

We process and ship out orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 4pm GMT+7 will be fulfilled and shipped the following business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package ships. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

An order typically arrives within 2-3 business days from fulfillment.

RETURNS EXCHANGES

We’re sorry that we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for hygiene purposes, all sales are final. Only damaged goods are accepted for exchange or return. 

If your Club Refined package arrives missing an item or with any damage to the items, email us right away at love@clubrefined.com with your full name, order number, and subject line “Exchange”. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, as long as you purchased it from clubrefined.com or our official shop on Shopee. 

    • Please record a full 360 angles unboxing video after you’ve received the package from us, video cannot be edited or paused. The unboxing video is necessary as proof for damage cases, kindly record it in clear lighting. 
    • The unboxing video should show the damaged parts and packing slip outside of the package. 
    • All returns and exchanges must be processed no more than 7 days after receiving the order. 

Email us the unboxing video along with the pictures, then send us the product that you want to exchange to the address that you will receive on the email. Used products can’t be returned or exchanged for hygiene purposes. 

We’re sorry but we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you don’t meet the requirements mentioned above. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.

Sorry about that! If you received something different from the one that you ordered, email us right away at love@clubrefined.com with your full name, order number, and subject line “Incorrect Shipment”. We’ll be sure to get the item you ordered. Meanwhile, please don’t open or try the products. If you do so, we won’t be able to exchange it for you.

Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. Please contact them for further information.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or alter an order once it has been placed. This includes adding or removing any items in the order, or changing the shipping method. If you need to update your shipping address, please email us as soon as possible with your full name, order number, and subject line “Change Shipping Address.” We’ll do our best to accommodate you!  Once your order has been shipped, you can contact the delivery courier directly and see what they can do.

Oh no—we’re sorry to hear this! But once your package is with the delivery company, it has become their responsibility. We are not responsible for losses not caused by our faults or indirect losses caused by the delivery company. We will be responsible for your losses only if we violate our terms and conditions.

BILLING

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bank Transfer via Virtual Account (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI, Permata), and bank payments through QRIS (OVO, ShopeePay).

Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: 

-Check whether your card’s billing details, such as, security code and billing address match what you’ve entered into our system. 

-Is your card expired? Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again.
